Production & Delay Disclaimer

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delays may occur due to production, supply chain, or shipping carrier issues.

Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or disputed due to processing or shipping delays.

Shipping Responsibility

Once we hand off your package to USPS, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier and customer.

For lost or delayed packages, please contact your local USPS customer service.

Customers are responsible for being available at the delivery location.

Please double-check your shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers).

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in USPS’s possession.
Returns Due to Address Issues
If USPS returns your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Address Changes
We cannot change shipping addresses after an order is placed. Orders will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Cancellations
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking numbers via email once dispatched.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot accept size exchanges. Please refer to our sizing chart before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or irregular, email us at cashmiierhabit.s@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your package. We’ll replace it if the issue is verified.
