2. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Pre-orders: Processing and fulfillment may take 5–10 weeks or longer depending on production schedules, fabric availability, and shipping carrier delays.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 1–5 business days.

  • Cashmiierhabits cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Once an order is transferred to the carrier (USPS or other services), Cashmiierhabits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Cashmiierhabits is not liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once an order is placed.

  • Due to the limited nature of our products, size exchanges are not possible. Please review the sizing chart before ordering.

  • Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will not be granted for delays, made-to-order wait times, or shipping carrier issues.

  • If verified, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
